Rocky Mountain House Museum
“The Rocky Museum showcases the history of the pioneers who homesteaded in this area, worked in the lumber camps and sawmills, and sent their children to one-room schoolhouses. “Step into the past!” with your family. Listen to a song played on our 1917 Amherst player piano. Bring a picnic lunch to enjoy in our Pioneer Park.”
Just a short drive from our campsite, the museum is a great way to spend a few hours with friends or family. With admission at only $7 it’s a no-brainer.
Pine Hills Golf Club
Looking to get some golf in for a day? Pine Hills Golf Club has some of the best golf around. This is one of the few golfing destinations in the area, and the green fees are very reasonable at $40 for the full 18 holes. So make sure to bring your clubs when you book with us and get in a round of golf!
Rocky Mountain House National Historic Site

Only a 9-minute drive from our campground, we recommend this to everyone. With tons to see and explore, it makes for a great day of walking around and enjoying some food. Only $9 for adults, it’s a steal of a deal.
